A new collaboration with Rackspace Technology will deliver a full-stack, governed AI private cloud that spans NVIDIA and AMD inferencing, data preparation, fine-tuned small language models, and industry-specific agents. The initial focus targets healthcare, financial services, and insurance customers that require sovereign AI, strict governance, and data residency assurances.

Uniphore also highlighted its “Pre-Act” approach to AI agents, contrasting it with traditional ReAct-style systems by planning workflows and compliance steps in advance. This framework is positioned to improve predictability, auditability, and error reduction in mission-critical use cases across finance, IT, and operations.

The company continued to promote small, purpose-built language models as a cost-efficient alternative to large general models that can be slow and expensive. By stressing higher precision, lower latency, and reduced compute costs, Uniphore is framing its Business AI Cloud as optimized for production-grade customer experience, automation, and decision-making.

In addition, Uniphore advanced a Sovereign AI narrative describing four layers of control across infrastructure, data, models, and decision-making, targeting enterprises wary of opaque vendor stacks. This focus on governance and localization aims to support more repeatable deployments, higher-value contracts, and deeper customer lock-in over time.

Analyst validation added to the momentum, with Uniphore recognized in The Forrester Wave: Conversational AI Platforms for Customer Service, Q2 2026. The firm spotlighted its Customer Service AI on the Business AI Cloud, designed to build and operate agents embedded in complex customer service workflows.

Uniphore also engaged in ecosystem marketing through an upcoming event on data-driven marketing alignment alongside Databricks, LastPass, and Gravity Global. The session will explore reducing data fragmentation and acquisition costs, potentially reinforcing the company’s relevance in data-centric customer engagement strategies.

Overall, the week underscored Uniphore’s push toward regulated, high-value enterprise deployments, combining governed private cloud, small language models, and agentic workflows to strengthen its competitive positioning in business and customer service AI.
