Trust AI has introduced Isaac PracticeOS, an AI-native practice management platform that replaces multiple legacy tools with a single system designed to automate core clinical, operational, and financial workflows in dental practices. Built entirely on the company’s Isaac OneHealth model, which has achieved a perfect score on the USMLE medical boards, the platform aims to cut software spend from roughly $1,500–$2,000 a month to plans starting at $299 by unifying billing, charting, imaging, scheduling, insurance, and analytics.

For Trust AI, PracticeOS represents a strategic move from point-solution AI toward full-stack infrastructure for dental practices, embedding intelligence into every step from treatment planning to claim preparation and schedule optimization. CEO and Co-Founder Dr. Bernard Casse said the product is designed to replace the fragmented tool stacks that drive claim denials, schedule gaps, and poor financial visibility, positioning Trust AI to capture growing demand as practices shift from manual, memory-driven workflows to AI-driven decision support.

The system uses Isaac OneHealth to interpret clinical, operational, and financial data as a single model, allowing it to auto-generate insurance claims with correct codes, coverage verification, and approval-focused narratives the moment a treatment plan is created. It also automates schedule backfilling by matching cancellations with waitlist patients, supports after-hours patient interactions via an AI receptionist aware of balances and insurance status, and enables doctors to query production performance in natural language, reducing dependence on reports and staff-intensive analytics.

Clinician co-founders, including Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Divian Patel and Chief Innovation Officer Dr. Shervin Molayem, emphasize that the product reflects front-line frustrations with stagnant dental software and the need for a system that mirrors clinical reasoning and understands treatment sequences and insurance nuances. Their perspective underpins Trust AI’s strategy to differentiate on embedded clinical intelligence rather than generic practice management features, enabling the company to compete not only on price consolidation but also on improved clinical and financial outcomes for practices.

Trust AI reports that more than 8,000 dentists have already joined its platform, with growth driven largely by word-of-mouth, and the company has raised $6.5 million in what it calls the largest seed round for a dental technology startup, mostly funded by dentist-users. This early traction, combined with the launch of PracticeOS at the 2026 Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting, signals an expansion phase in which Trust AI is likely to invest in product scaling, go-to-market, and deeper workflow integration, with potential upside in recurring SaaS revenue and strong alignment between investors, customers, and product direction.
