TransPerfect Media’s MPC Paris Delivers Record VFX and Post-Production Project for ‘Cold Storage’

New updates have been reported about TransPerfect.

TransPerfect Media has completed its largest integrated visual effects and finishing assignment to date through its MPC Paris studio, delivering 541 VFX shots and full image post-production for STUDIOCANAL’s feature film Cold Storage over an 18‑month schedule. The engagement, which mobilized 431 artists and technicians, underscores TransPerfect’s strategic push to scale high-end media services and deepen its role in premium film and streaming content pipelines.

MPC Paris, a key asset within TransPerfect’s media and entertainment division, managed end-to-end image delivery, including picture conforms, color grading, and final theatrical and home entertainment masters such as Dolby Vision, integrating laboratory and VFX workflows to maintain visual continuity from editorial through final output. Co-supervised by Bastien Chauvet and Nikolas D’Andrade, the work spanned digital set extensions, CG environments, creature animation, and large-scale destruction, showcasing the studio’s full VFX spectrum and positioning TransPerfect Media as a competitive provider of complex, high-volume projects. TransPerfect President and Co-CEO Phil Shawe highlighted the Cold Storage project as evidence of MPC Paris’s scale and technical sophistication, supporting the company’s broader strategy to combine AI-enabled workflows with creative production capabilities across its global studio network.
