TransPerfect has expanded its legal technology suite by embedding eDiscovery AI’s generative AI tools directly into Reef Review, its proprietary document review platform, consolidating advanced AI capabilities into a single workflow for legal clients. The move extends an existing partnership that previously limited eDiscovery AI access to Relativity Server and RelativityOne, and now enables early case assessment, relevance review, and privacy redaction across text, images, audio, and video natively within Reef Review.
For TransPerfect, the integration positions its Legal division more competitively in the high-value eDiscovery and managed review market by offering Am Law 200, Global 100 firms, and corporate legal departments a unified, AI-driven review environment supported by its global eDiscovery consulting team. As a member of eDiscovery AI’s Founders Program, TransPerfect is also influencing the product roadmap of these AI tools, aligning future capabilities with client demand, and reinforcing Reef Review 4.0 as a core platform asset in its broader Reef Technology ecosystem, while President and Co-CEO Phil Shawe underscores that client feedback is directly shaping these AI-enabled offerings.
