During the week, Track3D announced a multi-year enterprise agreement with Performance Contracting, Inc., described as the largest drywall and ceiling contractor in the U.S. The deal currently covers about $413 million in active project value, mapping 65 drywall and ceiling elements to PCI’s cost codes and reportedly eliminating up to 48 hours of manual reporting per week.
The PCI engagement also highlights Track3D’s strategy of tailoring its platform to trade-partner workflows, such as framing, hanging, and taping, rather than only general contractor categories. By fitting into existing contractor processes instead of forcing operational changes, the company aims to support smoother adoption and deepen integration into cost control and reporting.
Track3D is simultaneously emphasizing a unified data approach to construction progress monitoring, positioning its software as a single “source of truth” across project stakeholders. Management argues that replacing subjective, manual assessments with standardized analytics can improve planning, coordination, and risk management on complex jobs.
Marketing and thought-leadership efforts were also active, including promotion of a May 28 webinar focused on converting raw site documentation into actionable decisions. The session, featuring Kiran Gutta and Samir Patel, is framed around automating schedule and trade-readiness insights and reducing the time spent manually reviewing large volumes of site imagery.
On the business development front, Track3D joined the ABC Central Texas community to expand its regional construction-tech network. The membership is intended to connect the company with local builders and innovators, potentially supporting new customer relationships, pilot projects, and visibility in a key growth market.
The company further plans to attend the ABC Illinois Sporting Clay Shoot on May 28, with its Director of Strategic Accounts, Rob Slade, available for on-site discussions. This event presence aligns with Track3D’s effort to directly engage contractors and showcase how its Reality Intelligence platform can reduce rework, streamline updates, and support faster decisions.
Collectively, the week’s developments point to Track3D advancing on three fronts: enterprise customer wins, product positioning around high-value analytics, and targeted industry networking. If the PCI deployment scales successfully and association outreach converts to additional contracts, these moves may strengthen Track3D’s traction and competitive standing in construction technology over time.
