Tidal Cyber has appointed Jessica Hall as Vice President of Product, a move that signals the company’s intent to accelerate development of its Threat-Led Defense platform and deepen its commercial traction. Hall will oversee product strategy, development, and execution as Tidal Cyber scales capabilities that help enterprises operationalize MITRE ATT&CK, map defenses to adversary behavior, and better align security spending with real-world threats and measurable risk reduction. Her background spans senior product, design, and AI leadership roles at multiple B2B technology firms in complex, data-intensive markets, positioning her to drive outcome-focused innovation and customer-centric platform evolution at Tidal Cyber.

In her new role, Hall will partner closely with Tidal Cyber’s engineering, AI, and cyber threat intelligence teams to deliver new features aimed at translating defensive security activities into quantifiable outcomes for security leaders. She highlighted the company’s focus on linking actual attacker tradecraft to how defenses are built and measured as a key driver of her decision to join, characterizing the problem as among the most challenging and consequential in cybersecurity. CEO and Co-Founder Rick Gordon said the hire reflects both rapid customer adoption of Threat-Led Defense and rising sophistication in buyer expectations, noting that an external product leader was necessary to scale innovation with discipline. The appointment underscores Tidal Cyber’s continued investment in product excellence as it seeks to expand the platform, respond to growing market demand for threat-informed defense models, and strengthen its position as a specialist in aligning security operations and controls to real adversary behavior.
