The company closed 2025 with 85,000 members covered through Medicare Advantage and commercial health plan arrangements, with its largest payer relationships doubling in size after early performance exceeded savings guarantees.
The business now operates a multidisciplinary care team of more than 500 social workers, oncology nurses, and clinical specialists, supported by a dedicated technology and AI platform, and collaborates with over 1,400 oncologists nationwide while taking full financial responsibility for patients in active cancer treatment.
