Tango has expanded its executive team by appointing Rob Eroh as Chief Product Officer and Cole Bowman as Chief Revenue Officer, moves aimed at tightening the link between product development and go-to-market execution for its cloud-based real estate and facilities management platform. The company expects the pair to accelerate innovation and commercial performance across its Store Lifecycle Management and Integrated Workplace Management System offerings.
Eroh brings prior senior product leadership roles at VTS and WeWork, where he led multi-product platforms, championed a prototype-first, outcome-driven approach, and helped shape generative AI strategies in commercial real estate and hybrid work solutions. Bowman adds more than 15 years of growth-focused experience as a revenue leader, including as CRO at Second Nature, where he tripled revenue while expanding margins, and earlier roles at Zego and Minol USA involving acquisitions and cross-functional growth initiatives; together, their backgrounds are intended to support Tango’s next phase of scale, deepen client impact across more than 175 countries, and sharpen the company’s strategic positioning in real estate and workplace software.
