Sweep has launched Multi-Org Agent for Salesforce, positioning its agentic layer as a core tool for enterprises struggling with fragmented CRM architectures and AI readiness. The new capability automatically maps dependencies, automations, rules, and permissions across multiple Salesforce orgs, compressing discovery and analysis work that typically takes months into a matter of days and aiming to reduce integration and modernization risk for large customers.

CEO and cofounder Ido Gaver said demand from enterprises running multiple Salesforce environments highlighted the need for an agent purpose-built to reason across org boundaries and guide multi-org strategy. By comparing configurations and field structures, flagging redundant or conflicting automations, and surfacing technical debt at scale, Sweep’s Multi-Org Agent is designed to support consolidation planning, M&A integration, and continuous governance in complex global environments.

For consolidation and modernization programs, the product gives teams full metadata visibility to evaluate scenarios and avoid defaulting to multi-year reimplementation efforts that lack architectural context. In M&A situations, newly acquired Salesforce orgs can be scanned immediately to identify security gaps, data model misalignment, and automation conflicts, accelerating integration timelines and reducing operational disruption.

Sweep is also positioning the agent as a foundation for governed AI deployment, including Salesforce’s Agentforce, by diagnosing metadata fragmentation and structural inconsistencies that can undermine AI reliability. In compliance and governance, continuous cross-org scanning aims to provide a single source of truth on configuration drift, permission inconsistencies, and policy violations, allowing risk and audit teams to act proactively rather than reactively.

Strategically, Sweep plans to extend Multi-Org Agent beyond Salesforce to Snowflake and ServiceNow in the coming weeks, creating cross-system intelligence that links CRM, data, and service layers. This expansion broadens Sweep’s role from Salesforce-focused analysis to an enterprise-wide architecture and governance platform, seeking to become the central intelligence layer that lets large organizations modernize, integrate, and deploy agents at scale without destabilizing existing systems.

Founded in 2021 and already used by hundreds of enterprises, Sweep’s latest release reinforces its push into the core of large-scale system modernization and AI programs. Multi-Org Agent for Salesforce is available immediately, and its roadmap into Snowflake and ServiceNow suggests additional monetization and upsell opportunities as customers look to manage multi-platform complexity through a unified agentic layer.
