STG Logistics strengthened its leadership profile in temperature-controlled and containerized logistics as two senior executives received national supply chain awards, underscoring the company’s operational and strategic direction. Food Logistics recognized Vince Paperiello, Executive Vice President & Group President, Transportation, with a Leaders in Excellence award, and Todd Larson, Senior Vice President, Contract Logistics, with a Top Warehousing Leader award, citing their impact on cold-chain performance and resilience in a challenging environment. CEO Geoff Anderman framed the recognition as validation of the company’s leadership depth and ongoing contribution to the broader supply chain sector.
Paperiello oversees STG’s transportation platform, including intermodal, drayage and brokerage operations, where he has driven disciplined KPI management, process efficiency, and a customer-centric operating model to enhance service quality while controlling cost and emissions. His data-led approach to lane and customer segmentation, pricing, and network optimization has improved driver productivity and strengthened carrier and vendor partnerships, supporting targeted, profitable growth. Larson leads STG’s Contract Logistics segment, managing safety, labor, performance, and yield while pursuing new business and expanding the contract logistics solutions (CLS) model. Under his leadership, STG has expanded food-grade and value-added services, opened two new facilities in California and Georgia, and deepened its position in consumer goods and light industrial verticals. These leadership achievements align with STG’s broader role as a national containerized logistics provider with temperature-controlled warehouse capabilities, cross-docking, and inventory management, backed by organic certification and access to every major U.S. rail ramp and port, positioning the company to capture continued demand in cold-chain and integrated logistics solutions.
