STACK Infrastructure Expands Global Footprint With New Capacity, Leadership Hires and Community Investments

STACK Infrastructure is the focus of this weekly recap, which highlights a series of expansion, leadership and sustainability moves across North America and Europe. The Toronto site is located roughly seven miles from 151 Front St., Canada’s largest carrier hotel, positioning the project for low-latency connectivity to major Canadian and U.S. markets. STACK is marketing flexible deployment options to capture demand from cloud, AI and enterprise clients in a power-constrained environment.

In the U.S., STACK is advancing a major data center development in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in partnership with Amazon. The project emphasizes local and state vendor engagement, with a structured procurement process and a Contractor and Vendor Expo set for May 13 at the Shreveport Convention Center.

The Louisiana initiative aims to drive regional economic growth, create high-quality jobs and deepen STACK’s role as a development partner for hyperscale customers. For Amazon and other cloud providers, the collaboration underscores STACK’s capability to deliver large-scale, reliable capacity.

The company also highlighted a safety milestone at its Doña Ana County, New Mexico, site, which has surpassed 1 million work hours without a recordable incident. This performance is framed as evidence of disciplined execution and a safety-first culture across STACK’s project lifecycle.

Strong safety practices may help limit project delays, cost overruns and regulatory risks, supporting more predictable delivery of large capital projects. In a competitive data center market, operational reliability can enhance client confidence and long-term contract stability.

In Europe, STACK participated in the opening of a new pedestrian bridge in Vellezzo Bellini near its MIL04 campus outside Milan. The bridge is described as improving local connectivity and safety, and as part of the company’s broader effort to integrate digital infrastructure with surrounding communities.

The Milan initiative reflects priorities around sustainable campus design, education, skills development and local partnerships. Such community engagement may support permitting processes and strengthen relationships with local authorities in a key European data center cluster.

STACK also underscored its sustainability strategy through the work of Global Head of Sustainability Bethany Brantley, featured in RBC Capital Markets’ Pathfinders in Sustainability series. Her remarks emphasize capital, community and collaboration as essentials for scaling lower-carbon digital infrastructure.

In Australia, STACK is extending a yearlong partnership with education charity The Smith Family, having contributed more than $50,000 to support 180 students via the Learning for Life program. Employees have participated in mock interviews and mentoring, with plans to continue the partnership into 2026.

On the leadership front, STACK appointed Bobby Hollis as Chief Development Officer for STACK Americas, overseeing site selection, preconstruction and power strategy. His background in energy, development and commercial strategy is intended to ensure projects are “power-credible” and commercially grounded.

The new role is expected to integrate STACK’s growth engine and strengthen decision-making across markets, particularly as power availability becomes a key differentiator. Aligning development discipline with rising demand could enhance scalability and risk management for future capacity additions.

Overall, the week’s developments showcase STACK Infrastructure expanding its growth pipeline, reinforcing safety and ESG credentials, and upgrading leadership to manage increasingly complex projects. These moves collectively support the company’s positioning as a key player in global digital infrastructure markets.
