Sorcero has expanded its Sorcero Medical platform with two new offerings—Field Medical Excellence & Insights, featuring a native iPad Capture App, and an enhanced Congress Intelligence solution with integrated scientific abstract data—to streamline how medical affairs teams capture and analyze scientific and field insights. The company positions these tools as a way to unify historically fragmented data from CRM systems, advisory boards, congress abstracts, and publications, enabling faster detection of strategic signals and more targeted engagement with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.

According to Sorcero, the platform can cut weekly reporting time by more than 72% and reduce ad hoc data analysis by up to 90%, shifting medical science liaisons from manual documentation to higher-value scientific exchange. The new Capture App allows field teams to record structured observations at the point of interaction, which Sorcero’s AI then tags by medical themes and sentiment, while the upgraded Congress Intelligence module now provides searchable access to roughly 3.5 million abstracts and posters from over 4,300 global conferences dating back to 2010.

These capabilities are designed to eliminate the typical 60-plus-day lag for post-congress reports by delivering immediate AI-driven syntheses of competitive movements and emerging scientific trends. Sorcero’s leadership argues that accelerating interpretation of the evidence landscape can help close the longstanding gap between discovery and clinical practice, with insights reaching the point of care in weeks rather than years.

Strategically, the launches deepen Sorcero’s entrenchment in medical affairs workflows by addressing a critical data-integration bottleneck and extending access beyond CRM users to leaders and guest attendees via the Capture App. The company will showcase these products and its broader AI roadmap at the MAPS Americas 2026 conference, where it is sponsoring a Field Medical Masterclass and leading sessions on AI-enabled medical impact alongside major biopharmaceutical partners, underscoring its ambition to be a core infrastructure provider for evidence-based engagement across the life sciences sector.
