Sokin has signed a three-year agreement with the Professional Triathletes Organisation to serve as the Official Global Business Payments Partner for the T100 Triathlon World Tour and title sponsor of the 2026 San Francisco races, now branded the Sokin San Francisco T100 Triathlon and Sokin Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon. Under the deal, Sokin will embed its unified global treasury and payments platform into PTO’s operations, handling multi-currency accounts, FX and cross-border treasury needs as the tour scales.
The partnership gives Sokin prominent exposure in the U.S., which CEO Vroon Modgill identified as a priority growth market, while aligning the company with a rights holder that has complex international payment flows well suited to its platform. PTO plans to expand from nine T100 events to more than 80 global races from 2027 under a long-term strategic framework with World Triathlon, positioning Sokin to benefit from rising transaction volumes and increased brand visibility across key markets.
