A key highlight was a case study showing workflow platform Zapier using Softwear Automation’s Profound AI visibility tools to monitor and expand its presence in LLM search results. Zapier reportedly became the top cited domain for its most competitive prompts, achieving roughly a fourfold increase in LLM visibility.

Survey data cited by the company indicated that 40% of Zapier’s homepage visitors discovered the service through an LLM, with those users converting to free trials at about three times the rate of Google organic traffic. The results underscore the commercial significance of AI search visibility, particularly for SaaS and digital-first businesses.

Softwear Automation also expanded its Profound Agents product with a new Google Workspace integration spanning Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. One promoted use case involves agents auditing a company homepage and writing detailed messaging recommendations directly into Google Sheets for teams to review and implement.

By embedding AI workflows into widely used productivity tools, the company aims to increase adoption among marketing and operations teams and deepen product stickiness. These enhancements may support more complex enterprise workflows and help demonstrate tangible efficiency gains for customers.

In retail, Softwear Automation announced plans for a prominent presence at Shoptalk Spring 2026, including speaking roles for its CEO and product marketing leaders. The company will run an on-site activation offering real-time “AI Share of Voice” reports, comparing how AI agents recommend retail products versus competitors.

This Shoptalk strategy positions the firm as a thought leader in what it calls “agentic commerce optimization,” targeting retailers focused on AI-mediated shopping journeys. Collectively, the week’s developments strengthened Softwear Automation’s profile as an emerging infrastructure provider for LLM search optimization and AI-powered merchandising analytics.
