Softwear Automation Advances Profound Platform and Deepens AI Search Push With CMO Outreach

Softwear Automation used the week to spotlight both product innovation in its Profound platform and deeper engagement with enterprise marketers. The company introduced an Iteration Node Agent that lets users define a workflow once and run it concurrently across lists of up to 50 items, such as competitors, URLs, or threads.

The new feature is designed to aggregate, compare, and synthesize results within a single Agent run, reducing the need for duplicated nodes and simplifying complex workflows. By enabling more scalable bulk processing, the Iteration Node aims to improve efficiency for data-intensive customers and could enhance platform stickiness over time.

Softwear Automation noted that the Iteration Node Agent is available to all Profound customers, indicating it is part of the standard offering rather than a paid add-on. This broad availability may accelerate adoption and strengthen the platform’s value proposition in workflow automation and AI-enabled process orchestration.

Beyond product updates, the company intensified its focus on AI-driven search and marketing use cases. Representatives from Softwear Automation and its Profound unit engaged senior marketing leaders at The Millennium Alliance’s Transformational CMO Assembly Europe in Madrid, discussing AI agents, answer engine optimization, and AI search visibility.

These discussions framed Profound as an infrastructure layer for AI-powered discovery, customer acquisition, and brand visibility, aligning the product with growth- and performance-marketing budgets. Softwear Automation encouraged event attendees to sign up for demos, aiming to convert thought-leadership exposure into a tangible sales pipeline.

In parallel, the company promoted a recruiting happy hour in New York City, organized with Khosla Ventures, to hire account managers, engagement managers, and post-sales leaders. The emphasis on post-sales roles suggests preparation for more complex deployments and a stronger focus on customer success as adoption of its AI marketing solutions scales.

While no new financial metrics or specific customer contracts were disclosed, the combination of product enhancements, CMO-level engagement, and targeted hiring indicates an execution focus on both demand generation and retention. Overall, the week underscored Softwear Automation’s efforts to deepen its position in AI-driven search and to build the operational capacity needed for scalable growth.
