Siit used a new LinkedIn case study this week to spotlight identity and access management (IAM) automation as a rising priority for IT departments. Citing internal survey data, the company said 52% of IT leaders plan to focus on IAM automation over the next year, even as many firms still rely on manual app provisioning for new hires.

The case study centers on Mirakl, a roughly 1,000-employee company that connected its identity provider, JumpCloud, to Siit’s AI service desk to automate user provisioning through Slack. According to Siit, this integration removes manual steps while maintaining a full audit trail, addressing both efficiency and compliance requirements.
Siit emphasized that positioning its platform within a broader ecosystem of identity providers and collaboration tools is key to its value proposition for mid-sized and larger enterprises. By embedding into existing IT stacks, the company aims to support workflow automation across IT service management and IAM-adjacent functions.
The LinkedIn campaign also promotes a live session scheduled for April 14, where Mirakl’s IT director will detail the automation setup alongside Siit and JumpCloud. While no financial terms or customer metrics were disclosed, the educational event and public reference case are likely intended to drive qualified leads and signal growing traction in the IAM automation segment.
From an investor perspective, the focus on automation, security-oriented auditability, and integration with established tools underscores Siit’s alignment with broader trends in IT efficiency and cost containment. If the company can replicate the Mirakl use case across similar-sized enterprises, it could strengthen ecosystem partnerships and support longer-term user growth.
