ShengShu Technology has launched Vidu Claw, positioning it as the first step toward an AI chief marketing officer by automating both campaign strategy and video production from a single brief. Built on the company’s proprietary Vidu Q3 model and OpenClaw framework, the system combines a creative production layer (Vidu Skills) with a Marketing Skills orchestration layer to turn a simple marketing goal into a finished, platform-ready advertisement without manual handoffs.

A key innovation is the “Video Plan” commercial model, which charges for completed ads rather than usage-based credits, directly targeting the rising “aggregator tax” associated with third-party model platforms. By generating every frame natively on Vidu Q3, ShengShu claims it cuts the cost of a full advertising video to roughly 1% of traditional production, compresses cycles from days to under a day, and makes high-volume A/B testing economically viable for brands of all sizes.

Vidu Q3 is offered in Flash and Cinematic modes, delivering 10-second 1080p clips in 80–150 seconds and shortening more complex renders by several minutes versus market benchmarks, while also lowering the cost of a one-hour production by up to $1,450. This speed and cost profile is designed to shift AI from a passive assistant into a core creative teammate, allowing marketers to generate scripts, storyboards, visuals, music, and final cuts from prompts such as an Instagram ad brief for a specific demographic.

Beyond video generation, Vidu Claw automates end-to-end marketing workflows, including trend analysis, copywriting, asset generation, performance tracking, and document creation, via tens of thousands of specialized skills. ShengShu frames this as a new marketing infrastructure layer that can plug into existing tools through OpenClaw and compatible agent environments, aiming to embed its world-model technology more deeply into recurring advertising budgets and enterprise marketing operations.

The launch reinforces ShengShu’s broader strategy as a “general world model” company, with Vidu focused on temporally consistent digital content and Motubrain targeting embodied intelligence in the physical world. By introducing an AI system that understands marketing objectives, decomposes tasks, and executes campaigns autonomously, ShengShu is seeking recurring SaaS-like revenue, differentiation from aggregator platforms, and a stronger competitive position in the generative AI-powered advertising market.
