SERHANT Technologies Accelerates U.S. Expansion With California Launch and New Luxury Listings

SERHANT Technologies pursued an aggressive growth trajectory this week, combining national expansion with a deeper push into ultra‑luxury housing. The tech-enabled brokerage formally launched operations across California, entering Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, and Tahoe as its 16th state since 2023.

The California operation is led from Beverly Hills by Managing Director and Principal Broker Ezra Leyton and opens with a founding roster that reportedly closed more than $2 billion in sales over the past year. Management is emphasizing an “elite” agent mix, supported by the firm’s AI-first S.MPLE platform, in-house creative shop ID Lab, and SERHANT Studios content capabilities.

Concurrently, the company continued to highlight its focus on high-end inventory with the marketing of a fully furnished, turnkey townhouse at 46 East 66th Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, listed at $25.9 million. The six-level, 8,200-square-foot residence features six bedrooms, seven full and two half bathrooms, a private elevator, radiant heated floors, and a 1,000-bottle wine lounge.

Brokers Melissa Cuc and Emanuele Fiore are representing the Manhattan property, which is positioned as a rare, design-driven home between Madison and Park Avenues. The listing, along with previously promoted trophy assets such as Gold Coast estates, Manhattan penthouses, and luxury Florida waterfront homes, underlines a strategy centered on upper-tier residential segments.

Earlier in the week, SERHANT Technologies also reported new business wins and geographic additions that deepen its luxury pipeline. These included an exclusive sales and marketing mandate for 10W17, a 34-unit boutique condominium project in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, and the launch of the SERHANT brand in Massachusetts, with an initial focus on Boston.

The firm’s brand was further supported by industry recognition for founder Ryan Serhant and broker Peter Zaitzeff, both named to Variety’s Real Estate Elite list based on 2025 sales, alongside a marketing accolade from Inman for creative executive Kristen Kipilla. These honors highlight the company’s emphasis on media, content, and data-driven marketing as competitive differentiators.

From a financial perspective, the combination of California expansion, Northeast growth, and a slate of eight-figure listings increases SERHANT Technologies’ potential transaction volume and average deal size, albeit with higher operating and execution risk in cyclical, high-cost markets. Overall, the week reflects a company in an assertive scaling phase, leveraging technology, branding, and luxury specialization to bolster its national footprint and revenue prospects.
