SeqOne showcased collaborations with European hospitals, including Hospital de Santa Maria in Lisbon, where it worked with PacBio and Agilent Technologies to help build an in-house NGS facility. Its software functions as the layer converting sequencing data into structured clinical reports across germline, oncology, and infectious disease applications.

A separate case study with Hospital General Universitario de Alicante and Agilent emphasized an integrated wet lab–dry lab workflow for exome sequencing. The partnership has scaled to more than 1,000 exome studies and contributed to resolving a rare myopathy case after a 30-year diagnostic odyssey, illustrating the platform’s impact in rare disease diagnostics.

On the talent front, SeqOne is recruiting a remote Product Specialist in oncology and hematology to support its precision medicine platform. The role focuses on translating ASCO, ESMO, and WHO clinical guidelines into product features, indicating continued investment in clinical-grade functionality and strengthening regulatory alignment for its tools.

The position targets candidates in Europe or Latin America with advanced bioinformatics or clinical genomics training and hands-on NGS experience, including somatic variant interpretation. This geographically distributed hiring strategy suggests a bid to broaden access to specialized talent and support an expanding international customer base.
