Seasats has raised $20 million in Series A funding to accelerate production and product development of its small uncrewed surface vehicles, bringing total capital raised to more than $40 million. Led by Konvoy Ventures with participation from multiple strategic investors, the round follows over $100 million in recent U.S. government contract awards, signaling strong institutional confidence in Seasats’ maritime autonomy portfolio.
The company’s long-endurance vessel has already completed trans-Pacific and trans-Atlantic missions, while its interceptor platform has demonstrated more than a week of continuous operations, performance that underpins its inclusion in the Department of War’s APFIT program for scalable, field-ready technologies. Seasats will deploy the new capital to expand facilities, add product lines, and grow its team to meet rising demand from U.S. Navy and Marine Corps customers as well as commercial and international users, positioning the business for scaled deployment in port security, coastal patrol, and other high-tempo maritime missions.
