The provider engagement layer, governed by Scripta’s independent Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee of 30 active clinicians across 22 specialties, is designed to ensure recommendations mirror real-world prescribing decisions and carry peer credibility. Early data across more than 100 employer and health plan clients show that roughly 29% of members on prescriptions have at least one identified savings opportunity, about 40% of those members switch medications, average member savings reach approximately $25 per month, and 93% of switches persist after 12 months.

Scripta’s strategy centers on connecting members, prescribers, and plan sponsors through one clinically governed system that operates alongside any PBM and within existing benefit designs, positioning the company as an independent, fiduciary-aligned partner rather than a traditional pharmacy benefit intermediary.
