The company announced the start of its 2026 internship program, welcoming 26 interns in India. Over recent months, Saviynt engaged with more than 1,200 students across leading engineering institutions, including Manipal Institute of Technology, Vellore Institute of Technology, National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Birla Institute of Technology and Science (Pilani – Goa Campus), and RV College of Engineering. The initiative is positioned as a core element of Saviynt’s campus hiring and early-career talent strategy.
For investors, this update signals continued investment in building a scalable talent pipeline in a key engineering market. By deepening relationships with top-tier technical institutes in India, Saviynt may be strengthening its ability to hire cost-effective, skilled engineers and future full-time employees, which can support product development and service delivery capacity over the medium term. While the immediate financial impact is limited, a structured internship and campus hiring program can contribute to lower long-term recruitment costs, improved retention of trained talent, and better alignment of workforce skills with the company’s growth plans. This approach could enhance Saviynt’s competitive position in identity and security software by ensuring access to a steady flow of technical talent in a tight global labor market.
