Rocketlane has raised $60 million in Series C funding led by Insight Partners, lifting total capital to $105 million and reinforcing its position as an AI-first professional services automation platform. The round follows a year in which Rocketlane more than doubled revenue, expanded into London, New York, and San Francisco, and increased average enterprise deal size by 4.5× since 2023 as customers shift from AI pilots to outcome-focused deployment.
The company is centering its growth strategy on Nitro, a newly launched agentic execution platform that embeds AI directly into delivery workflows for professional services and forward deployed engineering teams. Nitro’s AI agents are designed to identify risks early, dynamically rebalance resources, and autonomously handle repeatable billable tasks such as migrations, configurations, documentation, and testing, with early implementations indicating up to 50 percent reduction in delivery effort and earlier risk detection.
Rocketlane now serves more than 750 customers worldwide, including 17 companies on the Forbes Cloud 100 and notable AI-native firms, positioning it to benefit from Gartner’s projected $1.9 trillion in global IT services spend as enterprises seek to operationalize AI and software investments. Management plans to deploy the new capital to accelerate development of Nitro’s execution agents, deepen enterprise go-to-market coverage, and scale international operations, with CEO Srikrishnan Ganesan framing Rocketlane’s strategy as driving a category shift from PSA tools that merely track work to platforms that execute it.
For executives, the implications are that Rocketlane is betting on “services-led growth” as AI adoption matures, aiming to let services teams increase capacity and consistency without equivalent headcount growth, protect revenue by de-risking implementations, and improve project profitability and time-to-value. This funding round and product push signal that Rocketlane is positioning itself as core infrastructure for enterprises seeking measurable ROI from AI and complex software deployments, rather than as a traditional back-office PSA solution.
