Rival Holdings has reshaped its senior leadership team, promoting Alicia Wilkins to Chief People Officer and Brandon Koenig to Chief Financial Officer as the Indiana-based investment firm accelerates growth across the built ecosystem. Wilkins will oversee enterprise-wide people strategy, including talent management, culture, and organizational development, ensuring human capital capabilities keep pace with Rival’s expanding portfolio and long-term performance goals.
Koenig, formerly Executive Vice President of Accounting, will now direct Rival’s financial strategy, capital allocation, and growth initiatives, with responsibility for capital spending, acquisitions, and development opportunities that impact portfolio returns. CEO Brad Crawford said the appointments recognize Wilkins’ role in aligning culture with strategy and Koenig’s contribution to financial discipline underpinning the company’s expansion, positioning Rival to deploy capital and talent more effectively as it backs innovative businesses transforming the built environment.
