Rippling has embedded Splashtop’s remote access technology directly into its Device Management app, giving IT administrators one-click, policy-aligned control of employee Mac and Windows machines from within Rippling’s unified workforce platform. The integration lets support teams launch secure remote sessions straight from a device record, with full context on user identity, device posture, and applied policies, tightening governance while speeding issue resolution.

By adding real-time remote control capabilities, Rippling extends its value proposition beyond device visibility into active operations, enabling IT organizations to consolidate more of their tooling into Rippling’s HR, IT, and finance system of record. Rippling’s device management product lead framed the move as core to the company’s mission of automating routine work, arguing that keeping employee, identity, and device management in a single environment helps customers respond faster to incidents and maintain stronger control at scale.
