RHP Properties deepened its community investment strategy with a $10,000 donation to Afflerbach Elementary in Cheyenne, Wyoming, marking the 21st school it has supported through AdoptAClassroom.org and bringing total school contributions to $210,000 over the past five years. The initiative is targeted to directly benefit families in RHP communities, as roughly 100 Afflerbach students live in Big Country, a nearby manufactured home community managed by the company.
The funding is designated to help teachers enhance instruction and classroom engagement at Afflerbach, a Title 1 school serving pre-K through sixth grade that emphasizes academic achievement, character development, and a dual language immersion program. CEO Ross Partrich framed the donation as part of RHP’s long-term strategy to support resident well-being and strengthen educational ecosystems around its properties, signaling continued alignment of corporate philanthropy with resident-centric operations and reinforcing the firm’s positioning as the largest privately held owner and operator of manufactured home communities in the United States.
