RHP Properties has made a $10,000 contribution to Big Tree Elementary in Hamburg, N.Y., marking the company’s 22nd school adoption through AdoptAClassroom.org and bringing its total classroom giving to $220,000 over the past five and a half years. The initiative targets schools attended by children living in RHP-managed manufactured home communities, directly linking the firm’s community investment strategy to residents’ education outcomes.
Big Tree Elementary, a Title I and Blue Ribbon School, will use the funds to enhance classroom resources and support new instructional initiatives across all grade levels, benefiting 20 students who live in RHP’s nearby Eagle Crest community. CEO Ross Partrich framed the donation as a long-term investment in the local talent pipeline and community stability, reinforcing RHP’s resident-focused positioning in the affordable housing segment and signaling continued use of targeted philanthropy as part of its broader stakeholder and reputation management strategy.
