Resilience has introduced Resilience Arc, a cyber risk management platform designed for complex, multi-entity organizations such as multinationals, conglomerates, and private equity portfolios. The platform centralizes cyber risk oversight across all subsidiaries, continuously quantifies exposure in financial terms, and links those analytics directly to cyber insurance structuring and purchasing.
By replacing manual, point-in-time assessments, Arc gives CISOs and finance leaders a real-time portfolio view of where risk is concentrated and which weaknesses are most likely to generate material financial loss or breach insurance thresholds. Built on Resilience’s proprietary risk models, which incorporate insurance claims data and live threat intelligence, the platform standardizes assessments across entities, automates evaluation work, and typically cuts manual risk assessment time by about 80% per entity.
Early adopters of Arc report up to $900,000 in annual savings on portfolio risk assessments, a 75% reduction in time spent preparing board-level reporting, and more than 130 hours of security-team effort saved per entity. These efficiencies translate into lower operating costs, better governance reporting, and a clearer basis for prioritizing cyber investments across business units.
CEO and Co-Founder Vishaal “V8” Hariprasad said Arc is aimed at closing the accountability gap in large groups where parent companies carry incident costs without a clear view into how risk builds across hundreds of entities. He emphasized that the platform is intended to help CISOs, CFOs, and other executives align mitigation actions with financial impact and resource allocation at scale.
Arc is tightly integrated with Resilience’s cyber insurance offerings, including immediate coverage for newly acquired entities, transition services, and extended reporting periods. This positions Resilience to deepen its role as a connected cyber risk partner, selling not only policies but also software and expert services that support a continuous, portfolio-level approach to cyber risk and capital protection across the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Europe.
