Remote Acquires Bravas to Add Identity and Device Management to Its Global Employment Platform

New updates have been reported about Remote.

Remote has acquired French identity and device management specialist Bravas, expanding its global employment operating system into endpoint and access control and moving closer to a single platform for managing the full employee lifecycle. The deal is designed to let Remote customers provision, secure, and manage devices and identities for globally distributed staff from the same infrastructure they already use for hiring, payroll, and compliance.

By integrating Bravas, which is built on open industry standards, Remote is positioning its platform for a future in which AI agents and automated workflows play a larger operational role and access governance becomes more complex. The acquisition, Remote’s third in the employee lifecycle space after Easop (equity incentives) and Atlas (global spend management), is expected to accelerate product development for Bravas’ existing customers while giving Remote’s base a more robust security and compliance layer without adding tooling complexity.
