Remodel Health is entering 2026 with significant momentum after reporting a record 2025, highlighted by more than 150% profitable sales growth in its flagship individual coverage HRA (ICHRA) product and the strongest first quarter in company history. CEO Austin Lehman said the company now serves over 100,000 covered lives while maintaining a 90% net revenue retention rate, underscoring both platform stickiness and rising employer demand for ICHRA-based benefits.

To support this growth trajectory, Remodel Health expanded its executive bench in 2025, appointing Tim Harvey as CFO, Bill Williams as Head of Product, and Andy Clark as CMO, while growing its broader team beyond 200 employees. These moves are designed to scale finance, product innovation, and go-to-market execution as the firm leans into a rapidly expanding ICHRA market that has grown more than 1,000% since 2020.

The company reports that ICHRA-related revenue is now double what it was at this point last year, providing financial capacity for long-term investment in customer success, technology, and operations. Williams, formerly a senior product leader at Oscar Health, is leading efforts to enhance the platform’s scalability across states, carriers, and employer segments, and to overhaul user experiences and workflows to make migration from traditional group plans to ICHRA more intuitive and transparent.

Remodel Health’s strategic emphasis in 2026 is on technology-led efficiency and high-touch service, enabling its ICHRA experts to focus on complex, high-value client needs as adoption accelerates among employers seeking predictable, budget-stable benefits structures. The company also reinforces its ecosystem position by hosting AIM 2026: Aligning ICHRA Minds, a national conference for employers, brokers, and HR leaders scheduled for May 20–22 in Indianapolis, which is intended to deepen market education and channel relationships.

These developments build on the backing of growth equity firm Oak HC/FT, which acquired Remodel Health in December 2024 to fund innovation and expansion in individual market solutions. For executives evaluating the firm, the combination of rapid, profitable growth, high retention, strengthened leadership, and a widening ICHRA adoption curve positions Remodel Health as a scaled, well-capitalized competitor in the evolving employer-sponsored health benefits landscape.
