RELEX Solutions is deepening its role in Lowe’s supply chain by expanding an existing agreement into a unified, AI-driven replenishment and allocation platform across the home improvement retailer’s full product range and U.S. network. The deal moves RELEX from supporting primarily seasonal allocations to serving as a core engine for enterprise-wide inventory planning, positioning the company as a strategic technology partner in Lowe’s ongoing supply chain modernization.

Under the expanded arrangement, RELEX’s AI-based tools will automate complex ordering decisions to improve on-shelf availability, inventory productivity, and planning efficiency, while Accenture provides strategic and functional support for integrating RELEX into Lowe’s proprietary systems. RELEX will also supply enhanced visibility into inventory performance and root causes of stockouts, enabling Lowe’s to react faster to demand shifts and execute its Total Home strategy, which RELEX executives frame as evidence that leading retailers increasingly view supply chains as growth platforms rather than cost centers.
