Red Access has introduced Firewall-Native SSE, an agentless cloud layer designed to overlay existing firewalls and provide full Security Service Edge capabilities, GenAI security, and browser-agnostic protection without rip-and-replace projects. By integrating directly with current architectures, the company claims deployments can be completed up to 80% faster, lowering operational overhead while preserving user experience for distributed and AI-heavy workforces.

Positioned as a response to both rising browser-based risk and slow SSE adoption, the Red Access platform extends data loss prevention, CASB, secure web gateway, advanced phishing defense, local browser isolation, and granular enterprise browser controls across GenAI, SaaS, web, messaging, desktop, and WebSocket traffic. CEO Dor Zvi said the agentless, session-based approach is intended to give enterprises immediate SSE-grade controls “within a few hours” over firewalls from vendors such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, and Check Point, a view echoed by early customers and partners who describe the product as effectively providing “EDR for the browser.”
