Reality Defender has established an internal Ethics Committee to oversee policy, governance, and deployment standards for its enterprise deepfake detection platform as it scales across major financial and institutional clients. The founding members are AI and digital ethics leaders Keith Enright, Luciano Floridi, and Yoel Roth, who will provide independent guidance on accountability, risk management, and responsible use of detection technology.

CEO Ben Colman said the committee is designed to embed stringent ethical oversight directly into product, policy, and partnership decisions, positioning governance as a core differentiator in the rapidly expanding synthetic media market. As Reality Defender broadens adoption of its real-time, multimodal detection tools across contact centers, video meetings, and content workflows, the committee’s work is expected to influence how the company structures client engagements, compliance practices, and long-term strategy in anticipation of tightening AI regulations and rising demand for verification infrastructure.
