RapidSOS has embedded its HARMONY AI platform directly into AT&T ESInet, the most widely deployed next-generation 911 backbone in the United States, positioning the company at the core of a major infrastructure upgrade in public safety communications. By running on the private ESInet rather than the public internet, HARMONY AI can now deliver real-time data from RapidSOS’s Safety Network — spanning hundreds of millions of devices, vehicle telematics, video, text, medical profiles, and sensor feeds — over the same secure path as the 911 call itself, with no infrastructure changes required for emergency communication centers.
This integration materially expands RapidSOS’s distribution, as HARMONY AI can now be procured through AT&T’s existing state-level 911 channels and deployed with the compliance, security, and resiliency standards already accepted by public safety leaders. North Carolina is serving as an early reference model: the state is extending RapidSOS-powered Real-Time Interoperability statewide so that when AT&T ESInet policy-routes calls during disasters, the associated context and intelligence travel with them, keeping both the answering and originating centers aligned in real time. The layered architecture in North Carolina — combining AT&T ESInet call routing, FirstNet wireless backup, and RapidSOS HARMONY AI — is being promoted as a blueprint for state-level 911 resilience, potentially accelerating RapidSOS’s adoption across additional states. RapidSOS, valued at over $1 billion, now links its Safety Network of more than 723 million devices, 250+ enterprises, and 23,500+ agencies directly to the core NG911 infrastructure, strengthening its competitive position as the leading public safety AI provider and setting up a scalable channel for future growth in both U.S. and international markets.
