Ramp has acquired Juno, a specialist platform for managing non-employee or “guest” travel, in a move to broaden its financial operations suite into a complex, high-friction spend category. The deal brings Juno’s technology and team in-house as Ramp accelerates investment in travel products and deepens Travel Management Company (TMC) partnerships, aiming to serve companies of all sizes with integrated booking, payments, and controls for both employees and external guests.

The acquisition positions Ramp to pull historically fragmented guest travel spend—such as candidates, contractors, customers, and visiting partners—into its core platform, improving visibility, policy enforcement, and financial oversight over workflows that are high-volume, time-sensitive, and operationally heavy. Juno’s founders, who previously built and sold guest travel startup Pana, join Ramp with a proven model for scaling guest travel in close collaboration with TMCs, reinforcing Ramp’s strategy to become a comprehensive travel and spend management solution and potentially increasing platform stickiness, transaction volume, and cross-sell opportunities across its more than 50,000 customers.
