Rainfall Health Deepens TEAM Compliance Bench Strength With New Advisory Appointment

Rainfall Health has expanded its R.A.I.N. Advisory Committee to nine members with the addition of Paul Uhrig, Chief Legal & Digital Health Officer at Bassett Healthcare Network, strengthening its expertise as it guides 742 hospitals through compliance with CMS’ new Transforming Episode Accountability Model (TEAM). The committee has spent the past year defining R.A.I.N. Compliant standards, a proprietary framework that helps hospitals operationalize value-based care, align referral workflows, and capture new Medicare-driven revenue under TEAM and similar models.

CEO Eddie Qureshi said Uhrig’s background in policy, digital health, and care delivery will support hospitals’ investment decisions as they adapt to TEAM’s financial and quality incentives, while Rainfall continues to roll out its AI-driven compliance and reimbursement platform across mandated sites. Beyond the CMS-listed hospitals, the advisory group – which includes leaders from major health systems and academic centers – will promote broader adoption of Rainfall’s continuous monitoring protocols, positioning the company as a de facto standard-setter for TEAM-related compliance, care quality tracking, and revenue optimization.
