The company highlighted a talk given at the Munich Quantum Software Forum by Senior Scientific Software Engineer Phillip Weinberg, introducing the next generation of Bloqade, QuEra’s open-source Python compiler and SDK for programming neutral-atom quantum computers. The updated Bloqade framework is positioned as a scientist-centric tool, featuring two embedded domain-specific languages that enable programming at both the quantum circuit level and the lower-level pulse and atom-shuttling layer. It also includes a unified compiler toolchain that links high-level algorithms with low-level hardware control, and native support for classical control flow to better match real experimental and hybrid quantum-classical workflows.
