Qblox has integrated Riverlane’s Deltaflow quantum error-correction platform directly into its control electronics, positioning the Dutch company at the core of emerging fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures. The combined stack links Qblox’s ultra-low-latency, high-throughput hardware with Riverlane’s Deltaflow 2 decoders, enabling sub-microsecond feedback to detect and correct millions of qubit errors per second.
The deployment currently supports control of about 250 physical qubits and one logical qubit, delivering up to 10,000 quantum operations while offloading decoding to a dedicated high-performance layer so primary systems can focus on scaling qubit counts. For Qblox, this marks a strategic move from providing generic control electronics to anchoring production-ready, error-corrected quantum data centers, as highlighted by Oxford Quantum Circuits and Qblox CEO Niels Bultink, and is expected to underpin future commercial systems showcased at the APS Global Physics Summit 2026 and beyond.
