Procurement Sciences has acquired Rogue AI to expand its end-to-end AI platform for government contractors, integrating advanced proposal drafting and workflow automation directly into its growth stack. The deal is designed to strengthen Procurement Sciences’ role across the full federal procurement lifecycle, from opportunity identification and capture strategy to proposal development, compliance, and performance management.
By adding Rogue AI’s automation tools, Procurement Sciences expects to accelerate proposal turnaround, improve compliance accuracy, and increase win rates for federal and defense contractors using its platform. As part of the transaction, Rogue AI founder John Shahawy becomes Head of Product Strategy at Procurement Sciences, bringing AI content-generation expertise and GovCon domain depth that will shape the product roadmap and execution.
CEO Christian Ferreira said the combination responds to a market where AI has become a competitive necessity in government contracting, not a discretionary add-on, and emphasized a human-in-the-loop approach that keeps subject-matter experts in control of AI-generated work. The company, founded by veteran government contractors, will continue to focus on AI that plugs into existing workflows with enterprise-grade security and compliance, positioning Procurement Sciences to capture additional share as agencies and contractors scale digital procurement initiatives.
