Prenuvo has introduced a three-tier annual membership program that converts its whole-body MRI screening business into a more recurring, subscription-like revenue model while standardizing longitudinal health monitoring for patients. The company positions the membership as a structured, year-over-year health platform that integrates whole-body MRI, extensive biomarker and lab tracking, and coordinated clinical guidance across its network.

By fully controlling hardware, software, scanning protocols, and radiology interpretation in-house, Prenuvo aims to mitigate variability common in outsourced whole-body MRI models and to enhance the reliability of year-over-year comparisons. CEO Andrew Lacy emphasized that consistent baselines and standardized interpretation are central to making the data actionable over time, leveraging experience from more than 170,000 completed scans.

The company’s Whole Body Scan uses a uniform 60-minute protocol, generating roughly 1.3 billion data points to screen for hundreds of conditions across the brain, spine, and major organs, without radiation or contrast agents, and is read by board-certified radiologists dedicated to preventive whole-body imaging. These imaging outputs are paired with detailed lab panels reviewed by Prenuvo providers, who synthesize imaging and biomarker data into a longitudinal health profile designed for proactive intervention.

The new memberships are structured in three annual tiers: a $1,199 Core Membership that bundles a Focused Scan with a baseline lab panel; a $2,499 Comprehensive Membership that combines the Whole Body Scan with broader biomarker testing; and an Executive Membership priced at $4,499 annually, or $4,999 in New York, which adds a brain health assessment, body composition analysis, and the most extensive lab panel.

Memberships are currently offered in 21 clinic locations across North America, with consistent protocols and technology standards applied regardless of where members live, travel, or relocate, supporting Prenuvo’s ability to scale a unified platform. Chief Medical Officer and President Dr. Dan Durand highlighted that whole-body MRI screening is an emerging interdisciplinary pathway that benefits from vertical integration and a dedicated team of more than 100 providers in Prenuvo Medical Group, whose workflows are informed by the company’s large and growing case base.

For executives and investors, the membership launch signals a strategic shift toward predictable, repeatable customer engagement, deeper lifetime value per patient, and enhanced data assets derived from standardized, longitudinal imaging and lab datasets. With operations now spanning 26 clinics across North America, Australia, and Europe, Prenuvo is positioned to leverage this membership structure to expand internationally while differentiating on quality, consistency, and integrated clinical interpretation in the rapidly expanding proactive health and preventive imaging market.
