Portnox has formally launched PartnerEdge, a structured global reseller program aimed at accelerating adoption of Portnox Cloud, its cloud-native unified access control platform for human and non-human identities. The move signals a deepened channel-led go-to-market strategy following the January 2026 hire of Kristen Knight as Vice President of Channel Sales, positioning partners at the center of Portnox’s enterprise growth plans.

PartnerEdge introduces a two-tier structure—Authorized and Elite—with transparent deal registration, renewal incumbency protection, and a defined path for partners to expand their Portnox practice. The program provides sales and technical enablement tools, including playbooks, objection-handling guides, demo environments, and NFR licenses, along with co-marketing support and white-glove onboarding from Portnox’s channel team.

Portnox is targeting a market undergoing rapid transition as enterprises replace legacy, on-premises network access control systems that cannot keep pace with hybrid work, cloud-first architectures, and the surge in non-human identities requiring continuous authentication. According to Portnox’s 2026 CISO Perspectives Report, 98% of security leaders say cloud-native NAC has improved their perception of the category, and 87% report increasing NAC budgets, underscoring strong demand drivers for Portnox Cloud.

For partners, Portnox highlights shortened deployment times measured in days, removal of on-premises hardware requirements, and reduced need for professional services compared with legacy access control deployments, which collectively can compress sales cycles and enhance deal profitability. A Forrester-validated business case—citing 287% ROI, $5 million NPV, and payback in under six months—gives resellers board-ready financial justification to support enterprise purchasing decisions.

CEO Denny LeCompte frames the channel as central to Portnox’s broader ambition to secure every identity with continuous access control, emphasizing that PartnerEdge is designed to give partners the tools and confidence to win a growing volume of replacement and consolidation deals. By institutionalizing this channel program, Portnox is effectively betting its next phase of scale on reseller-led growth, seeking to capture expanding security budgets and the shift toward AI-driven identity risk mitigation. Partners can apply to join PartnerEdge and access program resources via Portnox’s partner portal.
