Polycam has introduced a Floor Plan Editor that embeds editable, AI-generated floor plans directly into its mobile 3D reality capture platform, shifting the product from pure site documentation to an end-to-end spatial design and collaboration tool. After a space is scanned, Polycam now creates a floor plan in seconds that users can refine on mobile or desktop by adjusting walls, adding openings, and verifying dimensions with millimeter-level auto measurement.
