PolyAI has launched a global brand campaign featuring chef and entrepreneur Gordon Ramsay as it steps up U.S. expansion and reinforces its position in enterprise conversational AI, putting its voice technology for natural, end-to-end customer interactions at the center of the message. The company already supports more than 100 large enterprises, including Ramsay’s own hospitality group as well as players in financial services, retail, healthcare, energy, and insurance.
The campaign contrasts Ramsay’s experience with legacy, menu-driven phone systems against a PolyAI-powered agent that responds instantly, understands context, and completes tasks with minimal friction, underscoring the firm’s promise of enterprise-grade voice AI that “actually listens and gets the job done.” CEO and co-founder Nikola Mrkšić said Ramsay reflects PolyAI’s emphasis on precision and performance, and highlighted that Ramsay is also a business user who backs the technology. PolyAI’s platform now supports over 2,000 live deployments in more than 45 languages across 25+ countries, with its agentic AI performing the equivalent work of over 1,000 full-time employees at multiple clients and delivering a reported 391% ROI in a Forrester Total Economic Impact study.
Backed by more than $200 million in total funding from investors including NVentures, Georgian, Hedosophia, and Khosla Ventures, PolyAI is channeling capital into its Agent Studio platform and go-to-market build-out, with a particular focus on North America. The Ramsay-led campaign will run globally across video, digital, social, and out-of-home channels starting in February 2026, designed to increase brand visibility among large enterprises and support the company’s next phase of commercial growth.
