Once operational, targeted for summer 2027 following a construction start in the second half of 2026, the arrays are expected to supply about 20 million kWh annually, covering roughly 40% of the electricity needs across six CoorsTek facilities. Under the off-site net metering structure, Pivot will deliver power to the grid while CoorsTek receives bill credits and retains all renewable energy credits, enabling CoorsTek to advance its decarbonization goals without upfront capital costs.

These commercial agreements signal incremental growth in Pivot Energy’s project backlog and visibility into long-duration, utility-like cash flows from established industrial and corporate customers. The use of American-made panels in Colorado and the community-focused elements in Illinois align the company with state and federal policy priorities, potentially easing regulatory engagement and supporting future project approvals.
