In India, phData used the Data Engineering Summit in Bengaluru to drive recruitment of data engineers, machine learning engineers, and analytics professionals. The hiring focus indicates an effort to expand delivery capacity in a key analytics market and suggests continued demand for the firm’s AI and data engineering offerings.

The company also emphasized executive-level AI strategy through events in New York co-hosted with Snowflake and dbt Labs. These sessions, anchored by phData’s Executive AI Alignment Workshops, are aimed at helping C‑suite leaders move from AI experimentation to prioritized, actionable roadmaps.

On the product and partnership front, phData was named a launch partner for Snowflake Intelligence and introduced a Persona-Driven Revenue Intelligence Agent. The Snowflake-native tool enables revenue leaders to ask complex ARR questions in natural language, supported by an associated Executive AI Alignment Workshop focused on revenue, finance, and operations.

phData further strengthened its ecosystem position by becoming an Atlan Context Layer Implementation Partner and promoting context-aware AI architectures. The collaboration targets governed context layers to improve reliability of AI in production, addressing a common failure point in enterprise AI deployments.

Internally, the firm highlighted hiring for an AI automation engineer to design agent workflows using tools such as Glean, Copilot, and Snowflake Intelligence. This role underscores a commitment to embedding AI into core operations and delivering measurable business impact rather than experimental projects.

The company also showcased its Forge workflow for operationalizing Snowflake Cortex Agents, layering skills pipelines, curated datasets, evaluation loops, and observability tools like TruLens. This approach is designed to move clients beyond proofs of concept toward defensible, monitored AI agents in production environments.

Relationship-building remained a prominent theme, with phData hosting more than 30 data and AI executives alongside Snowflake, AWS, Sigma, and Glean at the Miami Grand Prix. These high-touch engagements aim to deepen co-selling and integration opportunities across major cloud and analytics platforms.

Taken together, the week’s developments point to a coherent strategy centered on executive advisory, partner-led go-to-market, and scalable AI operations. If sustained, these initiatives could reinforce phData’s position as a specialist in moving enterprise AI from pilot to production within modern data stacks.
