Pentera has become the first company in the adversarial exposure validation (AEV) market to surpass $100 million in annual recurring revenue, marking a scale milestone that follows its $60 million Series D financing completed in early 2025. The company used that capital to execute two strategic acquisitions that underpinned the launch of Pentera Resolve and Pentera Offensive Security Services, extending its core AI-powered security validation platform from automated exposure discovery into remediation orchestration and expert-led offensive testing. CEO Amitai Ratzon said more than 1,200 enterprises across over 60 countries now use Pentera to continuously validate defenses across infrastructure, cloud, business applications, and AI systems, running thousands of automated tests per quarter to speed remediation without adding headcount.

Pentera Resolve converts validated exposures into prioritized fixes by consolidating findings, enriching them with context, and driving remediation via more than 100 native integrations, while Pentera Offensive Security Services targets complex environments such as AI model interfaces and authentication flows through specialized red team engagements. During 2025 the company also upgraded its native AI capabilities, adding AI-driven reporting for posture analytics and remediation guidance, and launching AI-based web attack testing that mirrors modern AI-assisted threats with adaptive payloads and PII-aware attack chaining. To support global growth, Pentera appointed Chief Customer Officer Bart Hammond to strengthen delivery and regional support, expanded its footprint with new offices in Colorado, Madrid, and Tel Aviv, and grew its U.S. team by over 40%. The company also became the first AEV vendor to achieve ISO/IEC 42001 certification for AI management systems and was named a Leader in the 2025 QKS SPARK Matrix for Exposure Management, reinforcing its positioning in the security validation and Continuous Threat Exposure Management market.
