Pendo has been named to Fast Company’s 2026 Most Innovative Companies list in the Enterprise category, spotlighting the company’s Agent Analytics product as a key differentiator in the fast‑growing AI agent market. Launched in 2025, Agent Analytics gives enterprises end‑to‑end visibility into how AI agents are used across applications, measuring performance, usage patterns, and business impact to help justify and optimize AI investment.

CEO and co‑founder Todd Olson positions Agent Analytics as critical governance and ROI infrastructure, arguing it is the only way to verify whether users actually gain value from deployed AI capabilities at scale. The platform currently tracks more than 350 agents and over 2.5 million prompts each week, aligning with Deloitte data showing that nearly three‑quarters of enterprises plan to deploy agentic AI within two years, even though only about one‑fifth have mature oversight frameworks.

By going beyond pre‑launch testing and basic observability, Pendo’s tool maps real user workflows, capturing what customers ask, how agents respond, and what outcomes follow, including retention, task completion, and productivity impacts. Enterprise customers such as RF‑SMART use Agent Analytics to validate AI agents handling mission‑critical logistics workflows, reducing the risk of errors in areas like ERP onboarding and transportation procurement and enabling more disciplined go‑live decisions.

The Fast Company recognition enhances Pendo’s positioning as a core infrastructure provider for AI‑driven digital experiences, complementing its broader product intelligence platform built on large‑scale behavioral data. The announcement coincides with Pendo’s Pendomonium event in Raleigh, where the company is convening roughly 2,000 attendees and using the forum, including Olson’s keynote, to showcase additional product innovations and reinforce its role in helping enterprises operationalize AI while managing user experience, governance, and return on investment.
