Pacaso has introduced Infinity by Pacaso, an invitation-only global home-exchange network targeting owners of $5 million to $20 million second homes in top-tier destinations, expanding the company’s business beyond co-ownership into high-end whole-home clientele. The program, built on Pacaso’s proprietary technology and experience from its Global Swap co-owner exchange, charges a $100,000 one-time initiation fee for 10 years of access, positioning Infinity as a recurring, upfront-fee revenue stream and a strategic move into the ultra-wealthy segment. All homes and owners are personally vetted, with strict curation standards around architecture, location, and property management, and membership is intentionally limited to preserve quality, discretion, and trust—key differentiators in a market where high-net-worth owners often resist traditional rental platforms.

Infinity initially offers exchange access to properties in destinations including St. Barths, the British Virgin Islands, Tuscany, Mexico City, Ibiza, Careyes, New York City, Verbier, and Paris, with additional locations to be added weekly, signaling a pipeline for continued inventory and membership growth. CEO and co-founder Austin Allison framed the launch as a response to underused luxury homes and the lack of a trusted, like-minded network for exchanges, highlighting an opportunity to unlock global stays without direct monetization of properties. For Pacaso, Infinity deepens its ecosystem around luxury second homes, broadens its addressable market beyond fractional ownership, and strengthens its brand as a technology-enabled curator and operator in the top end of the vacation-home market, with potential long-term benefits in data, customer acquisition, and cross-sell into its core co-ownership products.
