Pacaso has introduced Deer Peak, a new five-bedroom, seven-bathroom luxury co-owned residence in Utah’s SkyRidge community, reinforcing its strategy of concentrating inventory in high-demand, year-round resort markets. Positioned above the Jordanelle Reservoir and adjacent to Deer Valley Resort’s major expansion and planned East Village, the approximately 5,300-square-foot home is designed to capture rising buyer interest in premier alpine destinations and to deepen Pacaso’s presence in a market likely to see sustained appreciation.

CEO and co-founder Austin Allison highlighted that Deer Valley’s build-out is reshaping the region into a leading North American ski hub, and Deer Peak is intended to give co-owners front-row access to that demand driver. The property, which features extensive indoor entertaining areas, more than 2,000 square feet of heated outdoor decks, and amenities such as a chef’s kitchen, private theater, in-ground hot tub, and heated driveway, will be fully furnished and professionally managed under Pacaso’s standard operating model, supporting recurring management revenue and platform engagement while offering buyers a turnkey second-home option near future community amenities including golf, clubhouse, fitness, spa, and equestrian facilities.
