Customer testimonials from RC Andersen and REEDER Construction cited tangible gains from Outbuild’s platform, including 90% team satisfaction and a roughly 10% increase in projects delivered on or ahead of schedule. Users also reported faster schedule updates, cut to 20–30 minutes, along with improved communication between field and office teams.

Outbuild continued to position its scheduling solution as a “living plan” that connects master schedules with phase plans, lookaheads, and weekly plans to reduce fragmentation, rework, and coordination overhead. The company emphasized that its tools integrate into existing construction workflows, using clearer and easily updated schedules as a core communication mechanism.

Product messaging stressed risk reduction and visibility, with features such as early constraint identification, rapid capture of field updates, and RFIs and submittals tied to specific dates. This approach seeks to shift contractors away from expectation-based planning toward data-backed, constraint-driven scheduling that aims to improve predictability on complex projects.

On the organizational side, Outbuild announced three new hires: a Full Stack JavaScript Engineer, a Customer Success Manager, and a Senior Product Manager to strengthen product infrastructure and customer outcomes. In a separate update, the company highlighted the addition of Customer Success Manager Kristina Reyna, whose construction background at Webcor is expected to help translate software capabilities into jobsite value.

Reyna’s role is focused on accelerating time-to-value, maintaining alignment from preconstruction through closeout, and reinforcing planning habits that support recurring usage. These customer success investments are aimed at deepening engagement, shoring up retention, and potentially supporting expansion within existing construction accounts.

Outbuild also highlighted progress with enterprise client Russell Co., having onboarded and trained about 70 superintendents and graduating 112 internal “Outbuilders” through Outbuild Academy, or roughly 60% of its adoption goal. Strong leadership involvement at this account could help ensure consistent platform usage and create a reference for future large-scale deployments.

The company capped the week by engaging with contractors at the Associated General Contractors of America Convention in Orlando to refine product focus. Feedback centered on clearer schedules, fewer handoffs, faster field updates, and easier access to current plans, reinforcing Outbuild’s emphasis on efficiency and real-time coordination in construction project management.

Collectively, the week’s updates underscore Outbuild’s expanding customer validation, targeted hiring, and ongoing market engagement as it seeks to strengthen its competitive position in construction technology. While no financial metrics were disclosed, the developments point to a continued focus on scalable recurring revenue and deeper adoption among contractors.
